Balloon garlands at Everlasting Memories start at $250 for a 6-foot organic garland. Larger installations (12+ feet), complex color blends, or premium finishes (chrome, confetti, LED accents) require custom quotes. Pricing includes design, materials, delivery, and on-site installation.

We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance for standard events and 8-12 weeks for weddings and large corporate galas. Last-minute bookings (under 2 weeks) may be accommodated based on availability, subject to a rush fee of 20%.

Everlasting Memories serves Stamford, New Haven, Hartford, Bridgeport, Greenwich, Norwalk, Westport, Darien, New Canaan, Fairfield, Milford, and surrounding Connecticut areas. Events outside these regions may incur a travel fee based on mileage.

With hi-float treatment, indoor latex balloons last 48-72 hours. Air-filled designs (garlands, backdrops) can last 1-2 weeks indoors. Outdoor installations are weather-dependent and typically designed for same-day events. We avoid outdoor setups in direct sunlight, rain, or temperatures below 50°F.

Yes. We work with a wide range of balloon manufacturers to match your color palette as closely as possible. For best results, share paint swatches, fabric samples, or digital color codes (Pantone, HEX) during your consultation. 97% of our clients report that the final colors matched or exceeded their expectations.

Yes. All packages include delivery, on-site installation, and post-event breakdown. We arrive 2-4 hours before your event begins and schedule removal within 24 hours after the event concludes. You don't lift a finger.

We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and all major credit cards. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. Corporate clients may request net-30 invoicing.

Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 14-29 days before receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations under 14 days forfeit the deposit but may reschedule within 6 months at no additional cost, subject to availability.
